At Interior Guy SA, we want you to love every product you buy from us.
We take pride in offering quality items and do our best to describe materials, finishes, and sizes accurately. However, we understand that sometimes a product might not fit your space as expected

Your Rights
Section 44 of South Africa’s Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act (Act 25 of 2002) may apply to your order, allowing you a cooling-off period for returns.

Returns Within 7 Days (Cooling-Off Period)
You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
A collection fee will apply for the return courier.

Returns Within 30 Days
If more than 7 days have passed, you can still return items within 30 days of receipt.
In this case:
A 10% handling fee applies.
A collection courier fee will also apply.

Excluded Items
Please note the following items cannot be returned:
Custom-made or special-order products, as these are manufactured or sourced specifically for you.
Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
Damaged or Defective Products
Our team carefully inspects and packs every order to ensure it arrives safely.
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims for damages reported after 48 hours.
